Surprise piece founded in Tuesday at Frenzy

I have not too many time today to post, but I don´t want to loose the opportunity to show you this item, my favourite for today. Look at the lovely coffee bean beads, don´t seems like real?, and the contrast with white jade let me without words, it´s perfect, congrats to Petitehermine for this piece.

2011 Shop Goals

As known, I have joined the Promotional Frenzy thread time ago. I´m really happy in this group because people is lovely and I´m learning lot of things about how to get more exposure in my etsy shop.

I´m really happy about views/visit have improvement in my shop. I have duplicated in november/december the number from september/october and this thread is one of the reasons.

So as in thread ask about the goals of each member for new year 2011, these are mine (I have too many, but really think it´s good to get at least some...):

1. I want to have 200 sales in the year. This is about 17 sales at month.

All rest of goals, are my purposes to get this!!!

2. I want to participate in the most events that I can at Frenzy Thread. Sorry about be overseas... but trying to do all the best I can. This include blogging, promote others (blog, facebook, kabbodle, stumble, tweeter, ...) and participate at thread.

3. To get more sales is really important have more items for sale: I´m going to reach 100 items for sale these holidays ( I ended these at 10th of January). After holidays I would try to keep this number and maybe improve that. A good goal for the year is 120 items for sale at finish it.

4.About items for sale, I would try to list a new item every day, for be in searchs all days. I´m going to continue doing a variety of items because I love too many kinds of jewelry, really love the beaded ones, but this kind takes more time than others.

5.Be more prepared at etsy seasons. As I started selling in 2010 I didn´t been ready to join halloween (nothing in purple/orange at shop), or Xmas time. This year would try to be ready. I´m doing now some items with hearts for Valentine, and going to learn what to do until next Halloween.

6.You know I really love curated treasuries. This is giving me lots of views too. I would try to continue curating at least 3 treasuries per week: one for frenzy thread, one for treasure lover team and one for nonteamchallenge (I have joined treasure lover team in 2010 and love to join challege from nonteam when I can). I think in curated more than these, but when working start again, I have less time... at holidays I could curated more mabye. It´s not only curated the list, I have to promote them at esty threads, facebook... some days, I´m not at home enough time to do all.

7.About mine treasuries, I have to get a FP on etsy at least!!! Really wish it!!!

8.About FP, I wish be in at least 4 FP during 2011, in others treasuries. It´s too much, but I want more success! Last time I have been featured in treasuries with 1000 visits, one day, those could get FP too... I have been in one in 2010 and sold the item at the moment and have 2 more sales about it. Really it´s the best exposure.

9. More difficult for me is improve my english. But I´d try to memory the words important to tag or to use in threads... my only way is joining all... I want to write better the description of my items. In 2010 change my banner to look more proffesional. New changes could be possibles next year.

10. Learn more. I would try to learn the more that I can and made the more too. The positive thinking is the most important, isn´t???

New beaded bead necklace

This beaded bead is called "Beadis" and have a wooden core. It´s make with high quality japanese glass seed beads and delica beads from Miyuki.

Treasuries make my crazy

I´m really involved in make and promote treasuries. I have learnt that treasuries could give at your etsy shop more exposure and maybe more sales. Actually, I have joined a team of people who love to curate this list and I curate at week the treasury for this team, the treasury for the Frenzy Pomotional (on Fridays) and some treasuries like "nonteamtreasurychallenge" or others only for fun...



With this I´m looking to promote my self by promoting others. I will love get a FP but it´s very difficult. I only have got the 11 place in first page at my best goal. Never up from this, but I´m trying. Normal days I use to get second or first page by promoting the treasuires, and thanks to "Treasure lover" team I have got some sales by treasuries of others members.



I have learnt some things about treasuries experimenting at home: clicks are the really important to get hotess, the comments don´t take part and time is really important, the best to improve is get the more clicks at possible in the less time, if you get in one or two hours first page or maybe the second you can stay them for sometime. If you get the first you could keep this page more time because people who start viewing treasuires take a look at these first. So promoting is the most important.

Woowww!!! Yesterday I get a FP at esty, I´m really happy. I have sold the earrings and other sale thanks to it. I wish to be in the FP always.

Beaded bead

From the jewelry that I create, there are some items specials for me: the ones with beaded beads.

A beaded bead or TQB, as usually called, are beads made stitching one by one little seed beads around a wooden bead heart. Make one of these beads at the medium size (10mm of wooden bead inside) takes me around one hour, take in mind that there are more than two hundreds of little beads and it has not knots, the thread is topped by go through little beads many times.

To get the perfect beaded bead is necessary have the best seed beads, these are Miyuki, quality trademark, japanese seed glass that are same size ones with ones and have lot of colors. Also you can add Swarovski crystals, firepolished czech beads and others to make more spectacular the final piece.

The result are stunnign pieces, one of a kind in the most of times, because it´s really difficult to repeat the same special when it has a desing of colors in it and the bead is big.

New from today

Today was a raining day, so I spend all time at home with the family around, it makes me don´t have much time to conect to etsy today.

In this short time I have join two BNR´s hoping to have some sales... I bought some really lovely pottery beads and some beautifuld cards to a sweet occasion.

At least I have renewed some items, a stunning ring and a pair of beautiful earrings, take a look at them:

Saturday Frenzy

Today was Frenzy at special time for overseas members. I was excited but not was the activity that I was wishing at... A pity!. Well, I chat with some members, most of them new, and try to promote the shops: stumble, facebook and kaboodle.

Cyber Monday Promotional Frenzy

Today is Cyber Monday, I have understand that in USA after Thanksgiving there are lot of sales in shops, to start buying for Christmas gifts. Here, in Spain, this is a incredible ideia: how shops could download the prices when people spend more money??? Really incredible!!! But Real!!!

I want to show you my favourites of promotional frenzy items for this day, really stunning items at very affordables price:

This is a small sized button for a delicate but sparkly look! I handwrapped silver plated wire around the Swarovski button to create a unique ring. The button has a diamond leaf shape.

Monday, monday

What a difficult is to make the housework, take care of childrens, work out of home and try to make crafts in the "free time". Today I have not this time. All my free time is spending at etsy, I really intrigated about some options, forums, teams.... all a world in my hand. So I haven´t made nothing at my jewerly. Lots of beads and supplies are waiting my inspiration, but don´t get the enough energy to do nothing.
Maybe tomorrow the luck will change, today is a day for relax at computer. Looking marvellous treasuries, lovely shops and lots of perfect items... good night.

Really difficult

At etsy the most difficult is to get a FP (Front Page), I really wish to get this, for that, I have made treasuries. Last times, I get more views but not the FP. Today I have a successful treasury with lots of views, but seems it´s not FP.

Tuesday at Promotional Frenzy thread

Tuesday is the Promotional Frenzy in this thread I have joined. Due to the different of hours, I can´t be at 9:00 pm (etsy time), but I use to promote all items. In The event each shop will post one link to an item they want to get more exposure. Then we will each go through and promote that one item from each shop.

I have learnt to share this in facebook, stumble and kaboodle. I´m learning more ways of share items. I have choose the three that I like most to post here.

I have join a treasury team in etsy. It´s shop´s owner that join to make beautifuls treasuries to try exposure the shops and maybe get a FP (Front Page of Etsy), what could increase the sales, views, ...

Friday Frenzy Treasury

Today in Frenzy thread there is day to do treasuries than promote the other. I have made this in Xmas theme. Views and comments are apreciated but most important, clicks are apreciated and really welcome!!!

Busy day

Today has been a busy day. First have to check the mail, second finish some local orders and thrid change my banner and avatar!!!!

Take a look to the shop now, doesn´t look so beautiful??? H2Oworksdesigns has made it for me as an etsy order, really a great job. Don´t let the time go and visit her lovely shop.

In evening I was checking etsy, and joining the Tuesday event in Promotional Frenzy , it consist in promote an item for each shop in the list. I really facebook and kaboodle all, and try to Stumble but I feel like Stumble and I don´t work well today.

Monday

After be out the weekend, I have to check all the etsy news... there´s lot of things to look at.

Last week I have joined a thread very interesting. I found it by a BNR. The BNRs at esty are treasuries, curated lists, but with one aswesome changing: if you buy from one of the shops featured in (taken care of the rules of each BNR) you reemplace the shop with yours.

I´m really BNR addict.

Mondays is the day that the thread I have joined: Promotional Frenzies has the BNR day. I just take part in today BNR, it´s really great, take a look.

Loosing at etsy

I´m spending lot of time of day at etsy. I really want to understad and explore all the possibilities to increase views and sales in my shop.

One of the things that I love of etsy are the treasuries. These are list curated by members of etsy featuring items of other shops.
