Surprise piece founded in Tuesday at Frenzy

I have not too many time today to post, but I don´t want to loose the opportunity to show you this item, my favourite for today. Look at the lovely coffee bean beads, don´t seems like real?, and the contrast with white jade let me without words, it´s perfect, congrats to Petitehermine for this piece.

2011 Shop Goals

As known, I have joined the Promotional Frenzy thread time ago. I´m really happy in this group because people is lovely and I´m learning lot of things about how to get more exposure in my etsy shop.

I´m really happy about views/visit have improvement in my shop. I have duplicated in november/december the number from september/october and this thread is one of the reasons.

So as in thread ask about the goals of each member for new year 2011, these are mine (I have too many, but really think it´s good to get at least some...):

1. I want to have 200 sales in the year. This is about 17 sales at month.

All rest of goals, are my purposes to get this!!!

2. I want to participate in the most events that I can at Frenzy Thread. Sorry about be overseas... but trying to do all the best I can. This include blogging, promote others (blog, facebook, kabbodle, stumble, tweeter, ...) and participate at thread.

3. To get more sales is really important have more items for sale: I´m going to reach 100 items for sale these holidays ( I ended these at 10th of January). After holidays I would try to keep this number and maybe improve that. A good goal for the year is 120 items for sale at finish it.

4.About items for sale, I would try to list a new item every day, for be in searchs all days. I´m going to continue doing a variety of items because I love too many kinds of jewelry, really love the beaded ones, but this kind takes more time than others.

5.Be more prepared at etsy seasons. As I started selling in 2010 I didn´t been ready to join halloween (nothing in purple/orange at shop), or Xmas time. This year would try to be ready. I´m doing now some items with hearts for Valentine, and going to learn what to do until next Halloween.

6.You know I really love curated treasuries. This is giving me lots of views too. I would try to continue curating at least 3 treasuries per week: one for frenzy thread, one for treasure lover team and one for nonteamchallenge (I have joined treasure lover team in 2010 and love to join challege from nonteam when I can). I think in curated more than these, but when working start again, I have less time... at holidays I could curated more mabye. It´s not only curated the list, I have to promote them at esty threads, facebook... some days, I´m not at home enough time to do all.

7.About mine treasuries, I have to get a FP on etsy at least!!! Really wish it!!!

8.About FP, I wish be in at least 4 FP during 2011, in others treasuries. It´s too much, but I want more success! Last time I have been featured in treasuries with 1000 visits, one day, those could get FP too... I have been in one in 2010 and sold the item at the moment and have 2 more sales about it. Really it´s the best exposure.

9. More difficult for me is improve my english. But I´d try to memory the words important to tag or to use in threads... my only way is joining all... I want to write better the description of my items. In 2010 change my banner to look more proffesional. New changes could be possibles next year.

10. Learn more. I would try to learn the more that I can and made the more too. The positive thinking is the most important, isn´t???

Treasuries make my crazy

I´m really involved in make and promote treasuries. I have learnt that treasuries could give at your etsy shop more exposure and maybe more sales. Actually, I have joined a team of people who love to curate this list and I curate at week the treasury for this team, the treasury for the Frenzy Pomotional (on Fridays) and some treasuries like "nonteamtreasurychallenge" or others only for fun...



With this I´m looking to promote my self by promoting others. I will love get a FP but it´s very difficult. I only have got the 11 place in first page at my best goal. Never up from this, but I´m trying. Normal days I use to get second or first page by promoting the treasuires, and thanks to "Treasure lover" team I have got some sales by treasuries of others members.



I have learnt some things about treasuries experimenting at home: clicks are the really important to get hotess, the comments don´t take part and time is really important, the best to improve is get the more clicks at possible in the less time, if you get in one or two hours first page or maybe the second you can stay them for sometime. If you get the first you could keep this page more time because people who start viewing treasuires take a look at these first. So promoting is the most important.
